Wed 06 June 2012 21:37 There is a problem with the connection to the Cape Town DC which has made all Texo servers in Cape Town inaccessible. DC engineers are attending to the problem.

21:55 It appears that MTN Business (which supplies bandwidth to the Cape Town DC) has had a complete network failure.

22:02 Everything appears to be back online again.

Routing issues: London

30 May 2012 19:47 We’re seeing routing issues affecting servers in our London DC, resulting in slow websites, timeouts and intermittent short outages.

The Datacentre’s network engineers are attending.

20:48 The routing issues have been isolated, and everything should be returning to normal shortly.

21:00 green lights across the board, but we’ll keep monitoring to be sure.

Impact: Clients hosted on these servers may experience intermittent, brief connectivity problems.

Additional information: MTN Business will be replacing a faulty interface converter module on their core routing facility. No downtime is expected, however slight degradation of services may be experienced during the maintenance window.
