A networking issue is affecting two of our shared hosting servers, Hegeley and Ratchet.
We’re working on the problem, and will get it fixed shortly.

Hardware has been replaced. Shouldn’t be very much longer now.

Ratchet is back online, Hegeley should be up shortly.

Hegeley is back up. Performance will be a bit slow for the next 15-20 minutes as things settle down.
The server “Glee” is experiencing a DDOS, which we are working hard to mitigate. All sites on this server will be very slow or time out until we are able to fix the problem.
Update 17:52 The offending IP has been discovered and null routed. Normal service should be back now. If you see any issues, please submit a support ticket.
We are aware of a routing issue which is affecting some servers in London. The routing issue is causing websites to time out, and is being worked on. Seven servers are affected:
Cake
Prime
Wordsworth
Hegeley
Antbear
Africannights
Ratchet

Maintenance on the Texo network has been scheduled as follows:
Maintenance window: Saturday 9 July 2011 01:00 to 02:00 GMT (3AM to 4AM SAST)
We expect a few minutes of downtime during this window.
Maintenance window: 02:00 to 06:00 SAST (00:00 to 04:00 GMT) 02-07-2011
This maintenance is to upgrade our DoS and DDoS protection. We expect the outage to last a couple of minutes during this window.

A hardware fault has taken two servers offline. The affected servers are Hegeley and Ratchet.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Websites and cpanel/WHM access will be slower than usual for the next 10-20 minutes while the servers stabilize.
The WordPress MAX server Wordsworth will have its RAM upgraded at midnight on Saturday 26 February. This requires a reboot, but downtime should not exceed 5 minutes.

Update 20:10 One of our London Data Centres is experiencing a huge DDoS attack, affecting the network connection to these servers. We’re busy identifying the IPs involved so that we can null-route them.

We’re seeing very high loads on the server Chimera, with pages timing out. The problem is being worked on.
