17 June 2012 00:10 we are aware of routing problems affecting servers in our London Datacentre and causing intermittent timeouts on some servers. DC engineers are working to trace and resolve the issue.

Wed 06 June 2012 21:37 There is a problem with the connection to the Cape Town DC which has made all Texo servers in Cape Town inaccessible. DC engineers are attending to the problem.
21:55 It appears that MTN Business (which supplies bandwidth to the Cape Town DC) has had a complete network failure.
22:02 Everything appears to be back online again.
30 May 2012 19:47 We’re seeing routing issues affecting servers in our London DC, resulting in slow websites, timeouts and intermittent short outages.
The Datacentre’s network engineers are attending.
20:48 The routing issues have been isolated, and everything should be returning to normal shortly.
21:00 green lights across the board, but we’ll keep monitoring to be sure.

The server Glee is offline. We’re working on the problem.
15:13 Datacentre has informed us that the problem is being caused by a faulty node. They’re working on getting everything back to normal.
16:46 Services are running normally on Glee.
Thursday 26 April 2012 15:30PM There sems to be a network problem in our London DC which has made all servers inaccessible.
We’re liasing with the DC to find and fix the problem.
Update 15:41PM all servers are up and running correctly. Apologies for the inconvenience.
12 April 2012 15:20 A problem with the MTN backbone providing internet connectivity to some of our servers in Cape Town has made them inaccessible. MTN engineers are working on the problem.

Routing issues in our London DC are causing packet loss/timeouts to some servers in our London DC. Technicians are working on the problem.

The problem seems to be fixed. If you’re experiencing any issues, please submit a support ticket so that we can take a look.
12:10 We’re seeing very high loads on the server “Lizzy” which is causing connection errors and timeouts.
We’re working to find and fix the problem.
update 12:20 We’ve found the account causing the problem, and have suspended it while we investigate the root cause.
update 12:35 Lizzy is running normally again.

19:55 We’re having a software issue on the server Wordsworth (causing the server to be unresponsive), which we’re attempting to track down.
update 20:05 The problem has been found and we’re working on a fix
update 20:12 we’ve applied the fix and will be rebooting Wordsworth now.
update 20:15 Wordsworth has booted up, but please expect slower performance (and intermittent gateway errors) for the next 15 -20 minutes while everything stabilises
